At Petzby, we want you — and your furry friend — to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Petzby GroomDryer™, we’re here to make it right. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Must be in unused, original condition with all original packaging included.
Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items not eligible for return:

Used products
Products with visible signs of wear or misuse
Items returned without original packaging or accessories

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless your item arrived damaged or defective).

🔄 Exchanges / Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or malfunctioning upon arrival.

🚚 How to Start a Return

2️⃣ We’ll provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.

📍 Shipping for Returns (UAE Customers)

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

🐾 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
